The Project of Ronald

Ronald (rightmost) with his family including his mother and his brother Christmas, next to him. The family lost their father some years ago. The project is now paying for Christmas to return to school for his A levels. Ronald is in the army and they live in Bukora. Ronald is 26 and Christmas 19.

Nov 2009	Potatoes growing well. We have also made seed beds to provide potato seeds for next season.
October 2009	The field has now been dug and replanted with potatoes. It rained heavily yesterday which should help them! Christmas is now in his last term of Year 12.
August 2009	We have harvested Ronald's wheat, but low rain affected the crop a little. A small profit was made though. We will next plant potatoes in the field.
16 May 2009	Wheat is growing well :
14 April 2009	Ronald's field has now been planted with wheat and early shoots can be seen.
20 Feb 2009	Ronald's field is about to be dug ready for planting with wheat before the March-April rainy season. The profits here will pay for his brother, Christmas, to return to senior 5 at school (first year of A level). He returned this week
